What was your first Paranormal encounter?
When I was 3 years old, I don’t remember much about it though.

Do you believe in ghosts, and if so, what is a ghost?
I don’t believe in ghosts as there is no such thing but spirits that have not crossed over into the light a spirit are people that were once alive but have just lost their way and decided that they don’t want to cross over for there own reasons like money, family, house, or are  just plain scared.

What evidence have you personally uncovered that makes you consider ghosts are real?
Well for one I can talk to them like I am talking to you now, so I classify them as real.

Are you skeptical of the claims others make of their findings?
I have come across other paranormal teams that have faked their findings like throwing things from a corner but if you and your team know their job, then there is no need to fake.

How do prepare for a ghost hunt?
We have a team meeting two weeks before but the team of White Light Paranormal all know their jobs from the techs to the team leaders. The team is very heavily trained. We normally set who is with who and let them get on with their job. The training is always updated and the team sometimes come on clearings with me for more experience.

What tips would you give for someone going on a paranormal investigation for the first time?
Take a torch and spare batteries, wear warm clothes and keep an open mind. If you feel anything, tell the team  as soon as you get it and don’t say it after the thing has happened  as it could be important. Remember, you will be part of the team on the night

What is your favourite piece of paranormal investigation equipment?
Matrix lasers.

Are you psychic? Do you consider being psychic a help or a hindrance for paranormal investigations?
Yes, I am a psychic/clairvoyant. I can see, hear and sense spirits. I am also an empathic. It means I can feel their passing (death shot, hung, stabbed, blown up etc.) and the emotions too   I also can feel that on a  normal  day-to-day basis. Yes, it can be a pain as some days are worse than others and I sometimes have a emotional overload. I call that volcano day but I close the psychic/clairvoyant down so I don’t have dead people talking to me all the time.

What makes a great haunted location?
The older the building the better. The more things happened at that location the more haunted it can be. The best one was where there has been a lot of emotion  like asylums, jails, courthouses. Give me a good asylum any day.

If you could investigate any haunted location, where would that be?
The Tower of London. I’ve always wanted to spend the night in the White Tower.

What scares you about Ghost Hunting or Paranormal Investigations?
Nothing. I go into haunted houses. I have seen things that even I have said “Really? Wow!” but nothing scares me.

In your opinion, what is the most haunted area in the UK or Ireland?
Most of the UK is haunted.

Read any good paranormal books or watched any good paranormal TV shows/movies recently?
Most of the books I read  are about spirituality. I am reading at the moment “Spiritual Liberation” by Michael Bernard Beckwith. I don’t really watch much TV at the moment, I’m too busy.
