Freddie Francis Films
Freddie Francis (1917-2007) was a highly acclaimed British film director and cinematographer who won two Academy Awards for his cinematography. He received an Oscar for Best Cinematography for the films Glory 1989 and Sons and Lovers 1960. Throughout his career, Francis worked on a variety of genres, but he is particularly remembered for his contributions to the horror genre as a director and cinematographer.
