Borley Postscript

Borley Postscript revisits the reported haunting of Borley Rectory in Essex, adding further material to Peter Underwood’s earlier account, The Ghosts of Borley. The book centres on the evidence, recollections and investigations associated with the famous case, including Underwood’s own Borley Report, sent to Harry Price after his investigation of the site.

It also reproduces the transcript of Underwood’s lecture, A Pictorial History of the Borley Haunting, and includes photographs and drawings that had not previously been published. Together, these materials extend the documentary record of a haunting involving reported apparitions, unexplained disturbances and continuing debate over what occurred at the rectory. The result is a focused postscript to one of Britain’s best-known haunting cases.
