Rochdale

Rochdale is a borough in the north-east of Greater Manchester, centred on the town of Rochdale and also including Middleton, Heywood, Littleborough, and Milnrow. Known for its gothic town hall and Pennine hills, Rochdale is steeped in folklore. Tales of ghostly monks, spectral horsemen, and haunted moorland inns make it one of the county’s spookiest spots.
