Haunted Liverpool 3

Haunted Liverpool 3 gathers 49 reported supernatural tales rooted in Liverpool and Merseyside, continuing Tom Slemen’s series of local ghost stories, strange encounters and unexplained incidents. The collection ranges from ominous apparitions to stories attached to particular people, graves and city locations.

Among its featured accounts are the Marriage Made in Hell, the reputedly lecherous Satanist Richard Tilly, the Vengeful Grave of Allerton Cemetery and the cursed Green Eye of the Mersey. Slemen also recounts the mystery of the Faceless Man of Renshaw Street and a reported encounter with the Devil during a snowbound Liverpool, presenting each case as part of the city’s continuing folklore.
